2013 Headlining Band is Gnarlemagne

Description from Gnarlemagne website:

"Since their inception in 2006, Gnarlemagne has made quick work of establishing their own unique sound. Call it "Garage Soul": spirited
New Orleans funk, swamp riffing blues, and hook-laden Rock – all wrapped up tastefully with a brass section and the smoky, soul-fueled growl of frontman Stu Dias."

Festival Theme Song:

The Oyster River Running Through
Music and Lyrics by Sam Southworth
Performed by Codfish Aristocracy
Go to our festival facebook group to listen to the music!

(verse one)
What’s that sound, that comes around
Down by the dam in the spring?
It signals a time when the green leaves climb
And the rebirth of everything

(chorus)
Friends that have gone and forgotten song
Should be kept and wrapped in dew
Here in this place with a smile on our face
And the Oyster River running through

(verse two)
Come gather ‘round and I’ll tell of a town
That’s been here for many a year
Do you know of the gundalow
And the triumph of hope over fear?

(verse three)
So here we remain through the joy and pain
And here we’ll make our stand
Bless this town and the river’s sound
And the spirit of the land
