What to Bring: Make sure to bring your lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the outdoor music concert!

Price of Admission: The OR Festival is free of charge due to our partnership with the Bobcat Bolt road race, generous sponsors, and vendors who have offered to donate a percentage of their sales.  Vendors are typically donating between 20-50% of their sales to the OR Youth Initiative fundraiser so please support them and the fundraiser by purchasing their wares!

Donations: Donations to the ORAA-Oyster River Youth Initiative are warmly welcomed. Stop by the ORAA table to make a tax-deductible donation and receive a "happy bobcat" sticker

Silent Auction Fundraiser: You may also help the Oyster River Youth Initiative by making a bid or two on the wonderful items in the silent auction fundraiser. Please remember to bring your checkbook!

Food: There will be wonderful food and drink for sale on site. Our vendor has agreed to donate a good percentage of food sales to the ORAA-ORYI fundraiser so eat heartily!  Menu details are on the Festival Participant page.  Please support the fundraiser and our wonderful vendor by purchasing your food on site rather than bringing your own. Thanks!

Rain or Shine: In light rain, the music will be held outdoors under a tent so bring rain gear. The rest of the festival (artists and other exhibitors) will be moved indorrs into the ORHS building. In heavy rain, the music as well as the rest of the festival will be moved into the ORHS building but the show will go on!
