NO TURNAROUND TIME AFTER GRAD CEREMONY
- Grad will end at approximately 6:45PM, Check-in is 8-9PM
- Plan to change into comfy clothes and shoes before you arrive. We do not provide a place to do that. Please plan accordingly!
- We feed you well at check-in and throughout the night; Dinner provided from Chipotle & Dave’s Hot Chicken; GF & veggie options available
COME EMPTY HANDED
NO BAGS, NO CONTAINERS, NO EXCEPTIONS
- All bags, purses, water bottles need to be left behind; they will not be allowed past check-in and there is nowhere to store them.
- Phones are allowed!!
- There is no need for money, debit/credit cards, ID’s
- Food & drink are provided throughout the event
- Extensive first aid, comfort & menstrual supplies are available
- Prescription meds and preferred menstrual products are carried by the medical chaperone
THIS IS AN ALL NIGHT EVENT – ONCE CHECKED IN, CAN’T LEAVE OR GO BACK TO CAR.
VENUE WAIVER EMAILED AROUND 9PM THAT NIGHT
2 different waivers need to be signed:
Seniors 18 on June 5th can sign both waivers for themselves
Seniors under 18 on June 5th, will need a parent/guardian to sign the 2 waivers
- The event waiver is signed upon registration
- The venue waiver will be emailed to 18+ Grads or Guardians the night of PG upon the grads check-in
to keep the venue a surprise until then
- No need for parents/guardians to accompany their grad to check-in
